We have long believed that when we treat our clients<\/p><p>To make a return, we request that the item be in the same condition as when you received it.<\/p><p>Your invoice or order number helps us locate your purchase faster. If you don't have the invoice, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, for which we need to ask you for more information so that we can better assist you with your request.<\/p><ul><li>Items can ideally be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in most cases. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.<\/li><li>Warranty returns apply when the product has a defect or factory failure.<\/li><li>Applies return or change when the customer receives a product that does not correspond to the requested.<\/li><li>Applies return or exchange when the customer receives the product incomplete.<\/li><li>A return or exchange applies when the customer mistakenly requested an item, for which the exchange will be made if the packaging was not altered or damaged.<\/li><li>Does not apply products on promotion and \/ or discount.<\/li><li>Does not apply to products altered or with evidence of use, disassembled, modified or repaired by persons not authorized by Cool Hunter Tires.<\/li><li>It does not apply products without their original packaging, altered, damaged, or without a label.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?<\/strong><\/p><p>All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment.<\/p><p>If you placed an order with a credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. This will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and\/or billing cycle.
