To make a return, we request that the item be in the same condition as when you received it.
Your invoice or order number helps us locate your purchase faster. If you don't have the invoice, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, for which we need to ask you for more information so that we can better assist you with your request.
HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment.
If you placed an order with a credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. This will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the value of the returned item.
If you placed an order by bank deposit or cash payment, we will be depositing the refunded amount to the account you provide which must match the name on the invoice.
