Legal policies of our Affiliate Program

1. General terms and conditions

   1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

   1.2 Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to these policies at any time. We will notify you of the changes by sending a notice to the email address provided in your affiliate registration.

2. Eligibility requirements

   2.1 Registration: To join our affiliate program, you must register and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

   2.2 Websites and Content: We only accept Affiliates who have websites or content related to the automotive industry, tires, vehicle maintenance, or similar topics. We reserve the right to reject or terminate membership if we believe the website or content is inappropriate or violates our policies.

3. Affiliate obligations

   3.1 Appropriate Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to promote our products and services accurately and honestly, without making false or misleading statements.

   3.2 Good practices: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the promotion of our products and services. You must not engage in unethical or illegal marketing practices.

   3.3 Use of Promotional Materials: You may use promotional materials provided by Cool Hunter Tires solely to promote our products and services. You may not modify, reproduce or distribute the materials without our prior written consent.

   3.4 Brand Protection: You must respect and protect our "Cool Hunter Tires" brand and not use it in a way that may damage our reputation or violate intellectual property rights.

4. Commissions and payments

   4.1 Commissions: We will pay you a commission for each valid sale generated through your affiliate link, in accordance with the rates and conditions established in the affiliate program.

   4.2 Payments: Commission payments will be made according to the conditions agreed in the affiliate program. It is the affiliate's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

   4.3 Cancellation of commissions: We reserve the right to cancel commissions generated by sales that are fraudulent, canceled or returned.

5. Duration and termination

   5.1 Duration: This agreement between the affiliate and Cool Hunter Tires will begin on the date of registration and will continue until terminated by either party.

   5.2 Termination (continued):

1. Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by providing at least 30 days' written notice.
2. Breach: In the event of a material breach by either party, the aggrieved party may terminate this agreement immediately, without prior notice.
3. Effects of termination: Upon termination of the agreement, the affiliate will stop receiving commissions for subsequent sales. In addition, the affiliate must cease all promotion of our products and services and stop using the promotional materials provided.

7. Limitation of liability

   6.1 No Warranties: Cool Hunter Tires makes no express or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

   6.2 Liability: In no event shall Cool Hunter Tires be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or data, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the affiliate program.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

   7.1 Applicable Law: This agreement will be subject to and governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

   7.2 Jurisdiction: Any dispute derived from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Panama.
